I've been so busy with work lately I haven't been able to do a blog post of the stuff I've gotten recently! I got some clearance things a week or so ago along with a LacquerHead polish and cuticle oil. Then I also got some stuff tonight at CVS! Some for me and some for gifts, the gifts I did take pics of though. I love clearance and I hardly ever buy anything full price anymore. Here's the pics from my hauls! By the way, the chocolate cupcake scented polish smells SUPER good.
Nail polish addict. I do nail art, usually off the wall things and colors that not many would think to do. I love doing it. I also like to mix up some polishes that I have around. Maybe one day I can make my own indie label!

Liebster Awards!
I'm sooooo late on this, but I was nominated for the Liebster Award by two bloggers! The Blahg and Color the world with polish. Yaaay! Here we go.
The rules!
1. You must post 11 facts about yourself.
2. You must answer the 11 questions that the blogger who nominated you asked.
3. You must then come up with 11 questions and tag 11 bloggers with less then 200 followers. No tag backs please!
Here are my 11 Facts!
1. Pepsi is my favorite drink ever
2. I only ever sleep with Jersey knit blankets and sheets.
3. I like smelly things (candles, lotion, sprays) just as much as nail polish.
4. I have tons of pretty makeup but I rarely wear it unless it's a special occasion.
5. I have a few piercings, labret, industrial, navel, and 3 in each ear. As well as one tattoo.
6. My Zodiac is Taurus.
7. I hate the color pink! lol

Questions from The Blahg!
- PETS! Show me! If you don't have one, we can cry together. I mean, tell me what you WOULD like ;)-----I do have a pet, a cute little puppy(She's almost 2 years old but still a puppy to me!)
- What got you into painting your nails?----- Not really sure, I've been collecting nail polish since I was 5! A little less than half of my polish is from the 90's. I guess if anything my mom probably got me into it.
- What got you into blogging about it?----- After realizing that I had so much nail polish and reading other blogs and seeing pictures from other bloggers, it just kind of clicked that that's what I should be doing. It just felt right. =)
- What's your favorite specific polish so far?----- Ohhh this is a tough one. I guess I'd have to say Sinful Colors in UFO. It's just sooooo glittery.
- Is there a cause you identify with (cancer, cystic fibrosis, transgender, depression, etc, etc...)? Wanna talk about it?----- Cancer and Suicide awareness. My Great grandma actually just died a few days ago due to lung cancer. =( Also one of my friends when I was in High School killed herself, and the reasons really weren't clear, but she was a dear friend of mine before we went to different schools. I would just like people to be more aware of these things and realize how suicide and illnesses affect others and their families.
- What do you (want to) do with your life?----- Honestly I'm not sure. Recently though I had a hankering to maybe be a Nail tech?
- M&Ms or Smarties?----- M&M's mmmmm chocolate.
- Are you right handed or left handed?----- Right!
- What is your first memory?---- I remember when I was maybe 3-4 going around the yard looking for hidden Easter eggs that my parents hid with my doggie Poo Bear.
- What's your favorite indie brand polish? If you haven't tried any, which one are you lemming?---- I haven't tried any just yet, but I did already order some from Black Cat Lacquer and LacquerHead polish which should be coming tomorrow!
- What is the strangest/most unusual dish you have ever eaten, was it good, and where did it come from (what country is it indigenous to)?----- Uhhh, not really a dish, but I did have some Octopus Jerky that I'm guessing is a snack in Japan? I got it from a little corner Asian store.
And now for Color the world with polish's questions!

1Q32 Instant Gellish BabyQ review
Hello again everyone! Finally got a new computer and had a day off work. I've been waiting a while to be able to do this review since I got it over a week ago. So without further delay lets get to it!
First off I want to say that I've never used Gel before, so this truly was a new experience for me. I have to say though, it was a very good experience. It's super easy to work with, went on smooth and even. Also it doesn't have a bad odor at all (to me anyway) Regular nail polish usually kills me, since I have asthma, but this was fairly easy for me to breath while working with it. Best of all it took less than 5 minutes to complete the full manicure! With virtually no clean up, if you get some on your finger while putting it on you can just wipe it off (I'm messy with everything though so don't mind me). It was also very true to color, from the picture of the color on the bottle as well as the website. The color is vibrant and shiny once cured, even without the Top Q (which isn't exactly needed but I put it on anyway). I pretty much fell in love with this right after putting it on, it was so easy, simple, and took no time at all. It's perfect for beginners, someone that doesn't have a lot of time to do their nails, or just plain awesome for anyone else! Mine came with a very handy instruction sheet with step by step how to.
Here are some pictures of 3 of the steps that I did.
Nice clean nails!
First coat, made sure to make it very thin.
After two coats, cured and ready to go! This one is without the Top Q top coat.
After applying and curing with the TopQ top coat. Extra bright and shiny.

Tribute art
Good evening/morning/night something like that. I have some super cool nail art for everyone today! I decided to do a nice tribute piece to the band Psychedelic Koolaid. It's a super cool, totally awesome local band. Which everyone should check out here on fb and give them a like for support! The art that I did today was a wild colored water marble. I hope everyone enjoys it! Also I had a HUGE nail/makeup haul today, and I'll post the picture under the nail art.

New polish mix
Well it's been a few days since I've posted. I don't have any nails done for this post, but I do have a little something. I once again decided to mix up some glitter into a clear base and tested it out a bit. Not really sure what the exact color is, it turned out to be red/orange-ish. For this one I used white glitter, red glitter, and some red shard glitters. Opinions on it would be awesome, though you don't have to of course. I have a few questions like, if this were an actual purchasable polish would you buy it? Maybe a name for it? Or would you not even wear it? Post your answers in the comments if you'd be so kind. =)

Guitars and Art
Hello everyone, sorry it's been a few days. I just started my new job at Target and I've been working since Monday. Though today, I had some time before I went to work and so I did some nail art last night. Also what helped me along with my art was the fact that I recieved my runner up prize from Jordana Cosmetics for the Halloween nail art I did! Exciting right? I'll post a picture of what I won further down in the post. Besides that, my boyfriend has given me a great idea to do themed nail art, and he photographs them for me. Last night was the first attempt at doing nail art themed around something else. I ended up using one of his guitars and did nail art to match that, using some of the Jordana polishes I won of course. I did it all with brushes free hand since the tape I tried to use was wanting to pull my nail polish off. My free hand isn't that great but I feel like I did a decent job on it. I really hope everyone loves what I've done!
I tried to get the angles of the guitar into the art, I think it worked out!
Here's the prize that I won, minus about 7 more since I gave them to my mom. Thanks Jordana!

Nail art for the day
I woke up today wanting to do some nail art, but really wasn't sure what to do or what to wear (since I have oh so many choices). So I decided to look through some of my older nail art that I did and didn't like so much. I ended up picking the saran wrap marbling that I did a few months ago, just because I liked the end result, just not the way I did them. For the first art I used Sinful colors polish, so I did the same for this time around. This time, I have to say I LOVE this. The effect it makes is so pretty! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
This is the one I did today! Done with SC- Black on Black and Jungle Trail
And this is the previous one done with SC- Black on black and Snow me white

Polish collection....so far.
I figured I would show all of you my collection so far. Of course this picture is a bit outdated only by a few weeks, I've gotten more polish already. Haha. Though when I took this picture I counted about 150 at the time. Now if I were to guess I'd most likey be at 165 or 170. As far as I know I think I have a few vintage polishes. Not exactly positive though.
A few polish mixes
About a month or so ago I decided that I was extremely bored and started to fiddle with the nail polish I had lying around. So I grabbed a few of the old polishes I had and started to mix them up along with some nail art glitter, and some glitter polish. Somehow I ended up making a few purpleish ones and one blue one. By far I love the blue one I created.
First off the one on the left was a blue polish that I had, it was brandless, so I grabbed some glitter polishes, red, blue, and silver and shoved them in there. Little did I realize it was a blueberry scented polish! So it turned out maroon like and scented like Blueberry. How cool right? The middle I started with just a clear base and added these blue shred glitters, and blue fine glitters to it. About a minute later the base stripped the blue off the glitter and left the glitters silver! I thought it was ruined, but the base tinted into the blue color. I let this one sit for about a month and actually painted two of my toe nails with it to see what happened. I left it one for 2 weeks and it was fine! The glitter just sinks to the bottom. The last one I made was a purple brandless/nameless polish. I ended up adding some glitters to it, some fine ones which made it shimmery and I added some glitter from Wet and Wild's Party of five glitters. It turned out pretty, but I'm not sure if I'm too fond of it. I hope you enjoy my little creations! I had making them..maybe I'll end up making some more.
Older nail art
As my first post of my new blog I will be posting pictures of some of my older nail art. Just because I want to get them out of the way first!
My first nail art! A blood splatter effect. I also made a tutorial on youtube at someone's request!
My first two attempts at water marbling! I love doing this.
A bit of art with painters tape.
Also some caviar beads! My boyfriend loved these.
Essie undies with Revlon glitter gloss in Pina Colada Pop.
Also my Sugar spun mummy art I did for Halloween! I won runner up in the Jordana Cosmetics Halloween contest.
